Shipping policy

How shipping works. Every Michaud Customs piece is handmade, and many are large or oddly shaped, so we quote shipping individually instead of using flat rates. At checkout, enter your delivery address and choose "Shipping – quoted separately." You'll only pay for your products then.

Your shipping quote. After you order, we'll get the best rate for your package and email you the shipping cost. Your order ships once shipping is paid.

Local pickup. You can also pick up for free at 2290 Highway 6, Port Dover, Ontario. Pickup orders are usually ready in 2 to 4 business days, and we'll email you when yours is ready. Please bring your confirmation email.

Where we ship. We currently ship within Canada.
